HR Manager, Central London

Are you looking for your next opportunity to join another high growth software/SaaS company? Working in one of the most innovative sectors, this employer offers the chance to help shape the People Strategy for 2019/20.

Supporting the COO this is an Operational and Strategic HR role requiring you to be both proactive and responsive. You will be working in a multinational capacity overseeing HR Operations in both the UK and the US.  You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of areas of the People Strategy are in line with core business objectives.

Due to developments within the business we are recruiting a full time, permanent HR Manager to provide professional support, guidance and coaching on all HR issues

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Deliver an operational service including working with finance to deliver UK and US Payroll and overseeing commission plans and Options scheme.
  • Reviewing policies and procedures in line with business and legal requirements
  • Advise on employment law and changes that will affect the Company in the UK and US
  • Ensure compliance and take part in annual audits (ISO knowledge desirable)
  • Manage recruitment processes
  • Manage training and development, including the annual Appraisal process
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of headcount and other costs in conjunction with Finance

Experience required

  • Commercial understanding of business and the positive impact of HR on operational performance
  • Seasoned breadth and depth of Human Resources exposure, should have extensive post graduate experience working in an operational environment
  • Must have worked in a high growth software/SaaS company
  • People and relationship management and leadership
  • Experience working with US based staff and remote workers
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with people at all levels of the organisation; ability to promote an accountable and collaborative team-based environment
  • Planning capabilities, both strategic and responsive
