Due to promotion from within they are now seeking a People Leader to lead and develop the team as well as managing and implementing their People Strategy to deliver business objectives.
We’re looking for someone who will:
- Manage and implement a People Strategy to support the organisation's business objectives with emphasis on Organisation Development.
- Lead on cultural and organisational change initiatives, embedding the values and developing the behaviours within the organisation.
- Work in partnership and as a trusted advisor with the Leadership Group. Provide professional advice on employee resourcing, employee relations and employee development activities
- Implement and lead on a strategic and operational level around the People and organisations development.
