We are looking for a diligent and professional individual to support a busy Administration, Paraplanning and Advisory Team. Due to the nature of the role a background is Life and Pensions Administration is essential
 
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
 
  • General support to the Office Manager, Advisers and Paraplanners in servicing clients. Including; preparation for meetings, preparation of documents and correspondence.
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer care to our clients and external stakeholders.
  • Assist and produce portfolio valuations.
  • Keeping relevant client data current and up to date.
  • The ability to show good technical knowledge to undertake the relevant area of work.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem solving.
