The role:

We are currently working in partnership with a not for profit Healthcare Provider and have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Senior Nurse to join our clients team as a Clinical Services Manager.

Working with the Operations Director, you will manage and ensure the smooth running of an innovative, round the clock service provision maintaining both a business and clinical focus at all times to ensure harmony between operational and clinical demands.

This is full-time role for 37.5 hours per week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, working evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: 

Excellent and diverse clinical skills and knowledge with NMC registration

The ability to effectively lead a large team of both clinical and administrative staff, with previously leadership experience in a healthcare setting

The ability to make judgements involving complex facts or situations which require the analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options.

Good organisational and planning skills, including risk management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A knowledge and awareness of the compliance frameworks underpinning an out of hours service

Adaptability, flexibility and ability to cope with uncertainty and change

The company:

Our client is a developing service provider based in South Yorkshire. They currently have sites across South Yorkshire of varing sizes. Our client is a not for profit, community interest company which aims to enhance the way in which primary care support is delivered within Barnsley.

The location:

Our client is based in South Yorkshire within an approximate drive time of 15 minutes from the M1 motorway however, the role will involve travelling between buildings within the area.
